	Marv Staggs President, CEO & CDT marvs@pdrlab.net With over 37 years of experience in the field of dental technology, Marv Staggs, CDT is on the leading edge of dentistry. Marv owns and operates a thriving dental laboratory in Salem, Oregon. Precision Dental Restorations specializes in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and has continued to grow since 1983, when the doors opened. His career has been devoted to pursuing the latest technology and trends in the industry through a rigorous schedule of continuing education. Marv’s first course in reconstructive dentistry was in 1987, with Dr. Bob Lee. Throughout his ceramic training, Marv has studied with the leaders in the field, such as: John Hubbard, Mick Kedge, Asami Tanaka, Lee Culp, Matt Roberts, Ernst Heganbarth, Claude Seibert, Don Cornell, and Oliver Brix. Marv has participated in continuing education courses throughout the United States and internationally, including: Pac-Live courses, Hornbrook Group, Las Vegas Institute, and OBI. He was faculty for the both Pac-Live and the Hornbrook Group, participating in a variety of courses: Anterior, Full- Mouth rehabilitation Synergy, and occlusion. Marv also coordinates and directs a local study club in the Salem area to aid in ongoing education for dentists. His commitment to quality dentistry is reflected in his unwavering dedication to education.
	Margie Staggs Operation Manager margies@pdrlab.net With a career in the dental laboratory field dating back to 1984, Marjorie Staggs has been a guiding force in developing PDR Lab. Trained as a hair dresser, raising a family required going to work for Moore Business Forms for nearly a decade before becoming an owner of PDR. She then spent 15 years on the production floor, immersed in every aspect of manufacturing. As the business grew, Marge's level of expertise led her to quality control, as well as the management level assignments of payroll, accounting, and supplies management. No question is too big or too small, as Marge's deep understanding of all types of restorations allows her to help you with your needs, while not interrupting the tech's production schedule.
	Bill Staggs General Manager bills@pdrlab.net Our primary manager and go-to person for all things technical on the manufacturing floor, Bill fills many roles and is an integral part of what keeps the lab working smoothly each day. After a brief stint in the US Navy, Bill began getting involved in the lab with substructure design. Over the years Bill has trained and worked in most aspects of the lab. His work is foremost in the cutting edge processes now being tackled, such as wax printing, CAD-CAM, laser welding, and technical integration of electronics. Bill has extensive training in basic and advanced Cerac Inlab, Nobel Biocare Implant Systems, Dental Wings, Cadent, Lava Cos, Ivoclar Emax, and is a participant in Cascade Aesthetic Masters, while also being a trainer for PTC systems.
	Becky Staggs Customer Service Coordinator beckys@pdrlab.net In the front office, Becky Staggs serves a primary role in case coordination, customer relations, and shipping and receiving. After a varied background in the transportation industry, Becky came to PDR in 1997 as a delivery driver and has promoted to her current position. Whether setting the timing on your case or developing a shipping plan that meets your needs, Becky is there to make sure you are satisfied.
